Equity Elevator Management’s new elevator equipment consulting team will ensure that from the design phase to final Inspection and handover the project runs smoothly. Equity Elevator Management plans covers;
  •     Design and specification based on conceptual design and expected tenant demographics
  •     Feasibility study and traffic flow analysis
  •     Scope of works specification including preventive maintenance contract
  •     Tender process management bid compliance evaluation and contractor negotiation
  •     Collaboration between owners, architects, builders and other trades
  •     Facilitate shop drawing and submittal reviews
  •     Provide project management outline to architects, builders, and owners
  •     Provide an overview of works required by other trades
  •     Coordinate change requests
  •     Approval of all progress claims and monitor cash flow
  •     Witness final safety inspections and facilitate equipment practical completion handover
  •     Manage correction of any noted deficiencies
  •     Negotiate with contractors warranty and ongoing maintenance agreements
  •     Provide project close-out documentation
  •     Final inspection and sign off at the end of the contractors Defects Liability Period
